We do not offer a choice of courier. Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options available.

The delivery time for orders is divided into two parts:
a) Processing Time: 1-2 Business Days
b) Standard Shipping: 3-5 Business Days -
We currently do not ship to the following areas:
Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific.Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes, military, or protected areas. Thank you for your understanding.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please contact customer service at contact.autovac@gmail.com to confirm the correct return address. Do not return products directly to the delivery address without prior communication with customer service, as we cannot accept or refund such returns.
Notes
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for a 30-day refund.
- If the return is due to the consumer's choice, the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping cost, based on the courier selected.
- If the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost, and no restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-8 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received your refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted. Next, contact your bank as there could be processing delays. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at contact.autovac@gmail.com.
