Refund & Return Policy
Returns (if applicable)
We accept product returns within 60 days after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, in the same condition as when received, and in its original packaging (this also applies to product quality issues). A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please contact customer service at contact.autovac@gmail.com to confirm the correct return address. Do not return items directly to the delivery address without prior communication with customer service, as we will not accept or refund these returns.
Notes
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for a 60-day refund.
- If the return is due to the consumer's decision, the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs, based on the courier chosen.
- If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), the consumer is not responsible for return shipping costs, and no restocking fee will be charged.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 1-8 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. After that, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please reach out to us at contact.autovac@gmail.com.
